THE GARDEN OF LIFE
I’ve been thinking a lot about life as a garden...
(Surprise further ⤵)
Dear one,
Everything in our life, we have some sort of relationship with: the people around us, our career, our body, our health, our money, our home, our creativity – and love. They are all little plants in our garden. And I’ve been realizing that love is not only about watering them. It is also about building a bedding that allows the water to flow where it naturally needs to go. Without the bedding, the water flows away. Without the water, there is no flow.
For a long time, I thought I had to give every plant the same amount of attention. But a garden doesn’t work like that, it's a system. Some plants need more water, others grow on their own. Some need more time. And sometimes you realize a plant was never yours to take care of in the first place.
I think the same is true for our lives. We don’t have to give everything our energy all the time. The question is: What is important to tend to right now? When you start listening to that, you stop forcing and start seeing what your garden actually needs. Slowly, it becomes fuller. Not because you gave it more water, but because you learned its rhythm. With healthy boundaries and overflowing love, you can create the most beautiful life for yourself. And it made me think about what I want to create next...

✴ OUR NEW PRACTICE IN OOSTERHOUT ✴
It's official! Soon Sunny Little will have a physical space for our 1:1 guidance sessions in the Netherlands.
A place where we can slow down, explore your garden together and see what is asking your attention.
I’m so excited to share more with you soon!
For now, you can already book a free online session through the button below. ⤵
At this moment, just look around in your garden. Notice what is growing, what is asking for attention, what is already blooming and what you might be ready to leave alone. Not everything needs to be done today – and not on your own. Maybe this season is about clearing some space and getting honest about what belongs. What is meant to grow, grows better when it’s not forced.

A SMALL PRACTICE FOR YOU
Envision or draw your garden of life:
What needs a little more water?
What are you giving too much water to?
What plant keeps giving you fruits?
And what might grow naturally if gave it some space?
"Tend your own garden: savor the blossoms, trim the weeds."
– Ron Kaufman
AFFIRMATION:
'I know what is mine to tend to and I trust the rest to unfold.'
Wish you a flourishing garden.
Thank you for growing ours!
With love,
Zanna
