THE RHYTHM OF REMEMBERING (FREE GIFT!)

Updated: May 4

April is always a special time for me, as it holds my birthday. A quiet return – a moment that gently invites reflection and gratitude for the abundance that is already present around you. This year, I received a box filled with cards from a loved one, each one holding a glimpse of a year of my life. And as I moved through them slowly and with care, I realized something truly profound. Because in all those versions of me… I found that I already was exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes it's just about unlearning – to become who you always were at core. It's a quiet process of self-discovery.

April asked for movement.

It didn’t ask for answers. It asked to follow impulses, to create, to try without fully knowing where it would lead. There was a certain fire in it. A willingness to step forward, even when the path wasn’t clear yet. And maybe you felt that too. Moments of inspiration, mixed with doubt and fear. Things starting to move, but not fully landing yet. Because April has a mind of its own. It’s about discovering through pursuing even – and especially – in doubt. Through movement, you begin to feel the difference between what gives energy and what quietly drains it. What opens and what closes. Not everything you moved toward was meant to stay. And that's part of the rhythm. This gentle spring cleaning, will make room for a fresh spark moving you forward.

May turns movement into form

May refines  – a shift toward clarity, alignment and grounded action. The rhythm slows down just enough for what gained momentum to take form. It strengthens, stabilizes, and supports sustainable growth. What holds, stays. What doesn’t, begins to fall away. Not through force, but through truth. There’s a different kind of clarity here. One that reveals itself. You don't have to search for it. If you allow the process without holding on, it begins to unfold naturally. Like the leaves falling from a tree. Your life will take form where it naturally brings you. As was written on one of my birthday cards: 'The lines have already been drawn.' You don’t have to create the path, it's already there. You just need to follow it. What is truly yours, will remain. What isn’t, softens its grip. It asks you to release versions of yourself that once felt right, and now no longer feel like you. And maybe that’s the quiet shift of this moment: Not becoming more, but remembering that everything you look for was always right within you.
